Sailing is less dangerous than driving a car. However, due to bad luck or an accident, things can sometimes go wrong. Fortunately, this happens very rarely. On board are a life raft, life buoys, man-over-board equipment, flares, fire extinguishers and many other emergency equipment.\u00a0We are equipped with a comprehensive set of instruments to display all possible measurements. A plotter displays our position and an AIS transmitter and receiver displays positions of other ships and makes us visible to shipping traffic. There are two VHF radios on board to communicate with nearby ships and the coastguard in case of emergency. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
